HS Academy & Services Inc. is a federally incorporated Canadian training provider headquartered in Brossard, Quebec, established in 2017. With years of operational experience in Canada, the Academy has evolved into a specialized provider of Maritime and Port Logistics training, focused on delivering practical, competency-based education aligned with real industry demands.

Our team brings hands-on maritime and port logistics experience from key global regions, including the Persian Gulf, the Caspian Sea, and the St. Lawrence River—one of North America’s most critical maritime corridors. This diverse operational background allows us to deliver training grounded in real-world scenarios, not just theory.
Operational Experience & Background
HS Academy is built on years of direct involvement in maritime and port operations, including:
- Ship and cargo surveying
- Port and terminal operations
- Warehouse and cargo handling logistics
- Dock/berth supervision
- Coordination with shipowners, agents, and port authorities
In addition, our instructors have participated in and delivered extensive in-person maritime training programs in the Middle East, including:
- Firefighting training for seafarers
- First Aid & emergency response training
- Advanced navigation simulator training
- Practical safety and shipboard operation exercises
