Our Founders and Leadership Team
Dr. Hesam Mousavi, the Founder and President of HS Academy Services Inc., has been instrumental in the success and growth of the academy. With a distinguished career spanning over 30 years, Dr. Mousavi has worked as a director and specialist in the port logistics sector. Since 1993, he has taught port logistics and managed operations in the Persian Gulf and Caspian Sea ports. His extensive experience in maritime operations and logistics forms the foundation of HS Academy's maritime programs.
Reza H. Ghobakhloo, a seasoned maritime expert, brings more than two decades of experience in teaching, research, and professional practice within the maritime science field. Holding expertise in areas such as navigation, ship captaincy, and marine engineering, Mr. Ghobakhloo has been a key figure in developing our specialized maritime training programs. His knowledge and contributions significantly elevate the quality and depth of the courses we offer.
